The admin that eats your evenings, down to seconds. Built around the tools you already use, on accounts in your name, with you approving anything that leaves the building.

Who it suits
Practices and small firms where the same admin is done by hand every week, often across tools that do not talk to each other.
How long it takes
Most first automations run inside the ten hours of the audit. Bespoke projects are phased with a decision point at each stage, and fixed-price builds are paid in three milestones: 40% to start, 30% when running in parallel, 30% at handover.
What you keep
Everything. Your code, your server, your database, your subscriptions. If I disappeared tomorrow, another developer could pick it up from the documentation alone.
How it runs
Map
Where the hours actually go, task by task, in the 10-Hour Audit.
Build
Against sample data first, then on your next real cases while you red-pen it.
Switch
Nothing old is switched off until the replacement has beaten it.
Hand over
Code and accounts in your name, with documentation written for someone who has never seen it.

“Oliver is a true collaborator. Smart, organized, fast, and just good vibes. We connected over travel and surfing, and that carried into our work. He didn’t just take things off my plate. He thought with me. He brought ideas. He stayed ahead of what was needed and kept everything organized while I was deep in client work. He helped with content, admin, systems, communication. But what mattered most was his presence.…”
“Oliver wants me to succeed. That's the vibe I always get from working with him. He always had suggestions for making my Podcast, newsletter and business more successful. He gets stuff done. I was always impressed with the volume of work he got through - and because of the time difference, I always woke up to a load of completed tasks. He's a really nice person to have in your business.…”
Questions people ask
Will you have access to my systems and data?
To build, yes: I need logins to the tools involved. Access is limited to what the task needs, kept encrypted, and removed when the work ends. Client work is covered by confidentiality terms and, wherever I handle your data, a written data-processing agreement. I am happy to sign your NDA too.
For sensitive work there is a private tier that runs on your own machine or server and never touches an online AI model at all.
Are there running costs on top?
Usually small ones, and they are bills in your name that you can see and cancel. Hosting for your website and automations together runs from about £4 a month on a private server. Writing and checking outreach messages with AI costs about $3 to $6 per 1,000 messages. Cold email inboxes are about $20 a month for up to ten.
Once a system is built, running it is close to free. The cost is in the building.
What happens if we stop working together?
Anything I build for you is on your accounts and in your name: the code, the hosting, the database, the subscriptions. It keeps running, and it comes with written documentation so another developer could pick it up.
Outreach works the same way: you get your own full outreach system on your own server and accounts, not a login to mine. If we stop, it keeps running for you, along with the lists, the messages and the voice profile.
Do you guarantee results?
No. I guarantee the work: what gets built, what gets checked, and how quickly I reply. Replies and conversations depend on your offer, your market and your timing, and anyone promising a number of meetings is counting something they cannot see.
What I give you instead is planning numbers from campaigns already running, labelled as estimates, and an honest read on whether outreach is likely to work for you before you spend anything on it.
Start with the 10-Hour Audit.
£600 for ten hours of my time, billed only for the hours used. You get a map of where your week goes, a costed plan, and one or two automations running by the end. You keep all of it.
