How a project runs

The same shape every time: see it, map it, build it, own it. Here is what happens at each step, and what you can expect from me.

  1. A demo of your own business

A clickable demo of the system you would get, built around your business with sample data, often with a short walkthrough video. More than 50 built for prospects since July 2026. It costs you nothing.

Before or just after the first call
  2. The first call

You talk me through how things really work. With your permission it is recorded, so nothing you say gets lost.

    20 to 55 minutes
  3. A written recap

What I heard. What I would build, in order. What I would deliberately leave out. How working together would run, what it costs, and what I need from you.

    Within about a day
  4. A small, fixed first step

The 10-Hour Audit, or the outreach setup. A kickoff call to get logged in, a written plan before I build anything, and the quickest win first.

    Week 1
  5. Build, test, approve

Built against sample data first, then run on your next few real cases while you red-pen it. Approvals stay with you. Nothing old is switched off until the replacement has beaten it.

    Phased
  6. Handover

Code and accounts in your name, written runbooks, recorded walkthroughs, and documentation written for someone who has never seen the system.

    End of each phase
  7. Ongoing, if you want it

A monthly retainer for upkeep and new work, regular check-in calls, WhatsApp for everything in between, and a heads-up when a supplier has an outage.

    Month to month

Safeguards that are on by default

Automation should take work off your plate, not take decisions out of your hands. These hold on every build.

The security statement
  • Nothing sends or publishes without your click, unless you choose otherwise
  • Anything touching grief, burnout or a client in a hard moment is held, with no draft written
  • A private tier that runs on your own machine or server for sensitive work
  • Confidentiality terms, and a written data-processing agreement wherever I handle your data
  • Access limited to what the task needs, and removed when the work ends

Across time zones

Ignite Drive is a UK business working remotely, with clients in the UK, the US, Europe, Australia and Asia. Calls are booked at times that suit you, and WhatsApp covers the hours in between.

Straight talk, in writing

Every recap says what I would build and the places I would tell you no. Estimates are labelled as estimates. If something has not been tested, I will not promise it.

Start with the 10-Hour Audit.

£600 for ten hours of my time, billed only for the hours used. You get a map of where your week goes, a costed plan, and one or two automations running by the end. You keep all of it.
