A new site, newsletter and event campaigns, all on her own accounts

The situation
A teacher with a loyal audience, a website builder she had outgrown, and a newsletter and events to run alongside her teaching.
What we did
- Started with a 10-hour audit that mapped every repetitive task and built the first systems straight away.
- Rebuilt the site on her own hosting with an admin panel and live preview, then moved the domain across without losing email.
- Moved the newsletter list off Mailchimp, with sign-up forms, welcome emails and protection against fake sign-ups.
- LinkedIn invitation campaigns for her events, and a content engine for weekly letters.
What happened
- Site, newsletter and sign-ups all live on accounts in her name.
- Weekly letters going out on schedule from the new platform.
- Ongoing as 10 hours a month of new work and maintenance.
