The 10-Hour Audit
Ten hours of my time to map where your week goes, plan what to automate in order, and build the first of it. You come out with working automations, not just a report.
- 14invoices drafted in Xero, waiting for your approvalApprove
- 3onboarding packs sent, chased and filedDone
- 41LinkedIn messages sent, 6 weak drafts held backDone
- 9replies sorted, 2 people want to talkFor you
- 3posts written from Thursday's voice noteApprove
- 1session follow-up held: sensitive, so not draftedHeld
What you come away with
A full map
Every repetitive task in the business, how long it takes, which tools it touches and who does it.
A costed plan, in order
What I would build, quickest win first, what each piece costs, and the places I would tell you not to bother.
Something running
One or two automations built and working inside the ten hours. They are yours to keep.
How the ten hours run
- A kickoff call to get logged in and hear how things really work, not how they are meant to
- A written plan for the remaining hours before I build anything
- A short weekly call, and WhatsApp for everything in between
- It is not ten hours of calls. Most of it is me mapping and building
- If it takes four hours, you are billed for four
Typical first wins
- Two calendars kept in step, with moved sessions caught
- Onboarding packs that send, chase and file themselves
- Monthly invoices drafted from a timesheet, ready to approve
- A statement of work drafted from the call notes
- Pre-call briefs and a CRM that fills itself
- A rented outreach tool replaced with your own campaign
After the ten hours
Three options, and no pressure on any of them.
Stop
Keep the map, the plan and everything built, and carry on from there yourself.
£0A bespoke project
For a bigger system. Phased with a decision at each stage, paid in three milestones: 40% to start, 30% when running in parallel, 30% at handover.
£1,500 to £9,000A monthly retainer
Hours each month for new work and upkeep, with more included as it scales. You are never billed for something breaking.
£500 to £2,000 a monthHave a team who will build it? The same ten hours can be spent directing them instead: architecture, model choice and instructions they can build from.

Is it really ten hours of my time?
No. It is ten hours of mine. You join a kickoff call so I can get logged in and hear how things really work, then a short weekly call. The rest is me mapping and building.
What if it takes less than ten hours?
You pay for the hours used. If it takes four, you are billed for four.
Do I have to carry on afterwards?
No. There is no lock-in. After the audit you can stop, ask for a bespoke project, or move to a monthly retainer. Whatever was built in the ten hours is yours either way.
Will you have access to my systems and data?
To build, yes: I need logins to the tools involved. Access is limited to what the task needs, kept encrypted, and removed when the work ends. Client work is covered by confidentiality terms and, wherever I handle your data, a written data-processing agreement. I am happy to sign your NDA too.
For sensitive work there is a private tier that runs on your own machine or server and never touches an online AI model at all.
Do you guarantee results?
No. I guarantee the work: what gets built, what gets checked, and how quickly I reply. Replies and conversations depend on your offer, your market and your timing, and anyone promising a number of meetings is counting something they cannot see.
What I give you instead is planning numbers from campaigns already running, labelled as estimates, and an honest read on whether outreach is likely to work for you before you spend anything on it.
Ten hours, then decide.
Book the first call. If the audit is not the right fit, I will say so on the call, and it costs you nothing.
