Hi Priya, I hope this finds you well! I saw you are speaking this Thursday and would love to connect. We help ops leaders save hours every week. Do you have 15 minutes?

Priya, your post on moving the ops team to a four-day week was the first I have seen with real numbers behind it. How are you covering clients on the fifth day?

How every message is checked before it sends. The prospect is fictional; the rules are real.

What is included

  • Your own full outreach system, on your own server and database, with your own LinkedIn and email connections
  • Your ideal client written down, and the market sized, before anything sends
  • Lists built and enriched with verified emails, filtered against your ideal client, with anyone you have messaged before removed
  • LinkedIn campaigns on your own profile: invitations, messages, profile views and follow-ups
  • Cold email on separate sending domains with warmed inboxes, so your main address is never at risk
  • Unlimited contacts and campaigns, with no per-seat or per-contact fees from me
  • Every message written for that person, in your voice, and checked against your own rules before it goes
  • Replies sorted the same day across both channels: routine ones answered, real interest sent straight to you
  • A live dashboard and a written monthly report

Who it suits

Founders, coaches, consultants and advisers who need a steady flow of new conversations and have a clear first offer.

How long it takes

Live within about ten days of receiving your materials. New email domains need two to three weeks of warming before they send at volume. The cold campaign runs first, where a weak message costs least, to tune the wording; the proven messages then go to your existing connections.

What you keep

Everything. You get your own full outreach system, on your own server and database, with your own LinkedIn and email connections. The system, the lists, the messages and your voice profile are all yours, whether we carry on or not.

What Aimfox and Instantly do, for a fraction of the cost

Most of an outreach bill is not software. It is rented LinkedIn profiles and email inboxes, marked up. On your own system, you buy those at close to cost, and the software seats disappear.

Per monthAimfox and InstantlyYour own system
An extra LinkedIn sending profile$387 a month, Aimfox avatar$90 to $190, a real person's profile
Your own LinkedIn profile$49 a month per seat, AimfoxNo seat fee
Cold email software$97 to $358 a month, plus ~$240 add-ons, InstantlyNo software fee
A pre-warmed email inbox$10 a month, Instantly$5 to $6, on your own account

A worked example from a recent proposal

A team sending 200,000 emails a month through Instantly, with ten rented LinkedIn profiles on Aimfox. At list prices that stack costs about $4,650 to $5,090 a month. Rebuilt as their own system with real, ID-verified rented profiles: $2,660 to $4,020. Once the team’s own profiles replace the rentals: about $1,570 to $1,930, roughly a third of the original bill.

Planning numbers from vendor list prices (August 2026), not a guarantee. We never create fake profiles: every LinkedIn account belongs to a real, consenting person.

  • Aimfox and Instantly, list prices$4,650 to $5,090
  • Own system, rented real profiles$2,660 to $4,020
  • Own system, the team’s own profiles$1,570 to $1,930

How it runs

  1. Find

Your ideal client, written down. Lists built, enriched and filtered, past contacts excluded.

  2. Write

A message for each person, from their profile and activity, in your voice, for LinkedIn or email.

  3. Check

Every draft tested against your rules. Three rewrites, then held. A failing draft never sends.

  4. Reply

Replies from both channels sorted the same day. Anything that needs you, reaches you.

What clients say

“I've been working with Oliver since January and honestly, the results have been beyond what I expected. I came in with a large following but converting wasn't consistent or strategic. Oliver built out a series of outreach campaigns for me (we've run several since January, each around six to eight weeks) targeting re-engagement with existing connections and driving people into my webinars.…”

“Oliver is a proactive, trustworthy, responsive and talented support to me as a one woman business. He has been a great partner to have helping me with sales, marketing and creative thinking. He very quickly understood me and was able to proactively suggest & lead on ideas which have been incredibly useful. Highly recommend working with Oliver.”

Questions people ask

What does unlimited actually mean?

I do not charge per contact, per campaign, per email inbox or per message. Add a thousand prospects or fifty thousand, it costs you the same.

The limits that remain are the platforms' own: LinkedIn caps how many invitations a profile can send each week, and every email inbox has a safe daily sending volume. Going past those is how accounts get restricted, so the system stays inside them and adds inboxes or senders when you need more volume.

Why is the price per person, and what if we are a team?

Outreach runs from a real person's LinkedIn profile and inboxes, so each sender needs their own setup: voice profile, rules, lists and campaigns. That is why setup is priced per person.

Those prices are for individual business owners. Agencies, sales teams and companies running several senders are priced differently, based on the number of senders and the volume. Book a call and I will quote it.

Is LinkedIn automation safe for my account?

LinkedIn's terms do not allow most automation, and no tool removes that risk completely, ours included. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

What I can do is keep it low. Campaigns run on your real account at a human pace, inside LinkedIn's own weekly limits, with every message written for the person and checked before it sends. It is built to behave like a person, not a bulk sender.

Is it lawful to contact people this way under UK GDPR?

Business-to-business outreach can rely on legitimate interests, provided it is relevant to the person's role, assessed properly, and every message makes it easy to say no. Opt-outs are honoured promptly.

When I run outreach for you, you are the controller and I act on your instructions under a written data-processing agreement. The detail is in the privacy policy.

You say I own it. So what does the monthly fee pay for?

The build is a one-off. What you own stays yours whether we carry on or not.

The monthly fee pays for my time: watching the campaigns, tuning messages, reading replies, fixing what breaks, and regular check-in calls. You are never billed extra because something broke.

What happens if we stop working together?

Anything I build for you is on your accounts and in your name: the code, the hosting, the database, the subscriptions. It keeps running, and it comes with written documentation so another developer could pick it up.

Outreach works the same way: you get your own full outreach system on your own server and accounts, not a login to mine. If we stop, it keeps running for you, along with the lists, the messages and the voice profile.

Start with the 10-Hour Audit.

£600 for ten hours of my time, billed only for the hours used. You get a map of where your week goes, a costed plan, and one or two automations running by the end. You keep all of it.
